  • You have similar values to Ovation. You’ll appreciate honesty and working with someone who is prepared to challenge the status quo. We’re a team with a strong social conscience who don’t put profit above all else.
  • You’ll prefer long-term relationships over transactions.
  • You understand the difference between cost and value.
