Naked man spotted training for 10k!
"Rumours that a naked man ran the Bristol 10k on Bank Holiday Monday 5th May proved true."
The naked man in question is David, probably better known as Michelangelo’s David. Sarah, Vicky and Mel of Ovation Finance adopted David as their team emblem and had him printed on the front of their running shirts – in all his glory!
The 3 girls, who all work for Bristol based Ovation Finance, have been pounding the streets of Bristol training for the 10k run for several weeks. Office Manager Sarah Brown said, “We’ve had a few strange looks, but most people just smile as we jog by. We rather like having him on display, it’s supposed to be a symbol of strength and beauty, a bit like us really!!!!”.
The Ovation Team ran to raise money for Cancer Research.
