As the marketing face of Ovation, I really ought to fill this bit in, but I can't quite imagine anyone wanting to read anything about me.
I just so enjoy working with the Ovation team, they make me laugh and genuinely enjoy what they do - no ego's which is so refreshing and as Chris has looked after my meagre finances for the past 10 years he, and now Tom, exhibit the patience of saints when it comes to dealing with me (mathematically dyslexic and eyes that glaze over when someone mentions the word investment being two of my attributes as their client). I'm only here one day a week - sadly but its a day I look forward to enormously, long may it continue.
So what do I do with the rest of my week? I'm part of Medics on the Move, another lovely team of people who let and manage property and relocate stressed professionals with incredible dedication and care.
Then there's my Community Engagement and Consultation role (at this stage most people look blank so if you are, that's fine). I help developers and businesses explain their vision to local communities who might be affected by their plans. Community Engagement is now recognised as an important element of the planning process, I also believe that done in the right way, it can make a very positive contribution to the planning process.
