Since being established in 2000, we have helped a great many of clients achieve their objectives. Indeed, many of the clients that we were dealing with at that time remain clients now.
We meet every client at least once a year, often whether they like it or not. This might seem like an odd statement, however the annual review is an essential time for us to present the performance of investments; review whether the investments are structured correctly for the next year; reassess goals and objectives.
At Ovation, we believe we hold 'a trusted adviser status' with our clients. We value each relationship very highly and enjoy helping in any way we can; for example we have also helped clients establish staff pension funds and then begin to draw benefits from them ten years later where they have achieved a significant value.
Sadly, we have also had clients pass away and seen the benefits of the protection policies that we put in place for them.
Obviously our principle role is providing our core service, but equally we have found that if a client needs a new accountant, or maybe even a plumber, we can often help and often direct clients to one another for services.
We like to think that enormous amounts of business have been transacted between people simply as a result of the fact that they both knew Ovation. Which is why we are developing the 'Ovation Community' section of our web site, please take a look and make sure you are getting what you can from our contacts.
Ultimately, the fact that we lose so few clients is testament to our focus on a long term relationship and justification of our advice on an annual basis.
